Who we are

This policy is from HardieTech, the business behind NeoBro, HardieTech, 75 Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. Questions about your data go to info@neobro.in.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email, because we cannot ship a pack without them. If you join early access we keep your email address and the page you signed up from.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway, not by us. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Cash on delivery orders are paid to the courier.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send tracking updates, handle replacements and refunds, answer your messages, and email early-access subscribers about a drop.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop, each with just what it needs: Razorpay processes online payments, our courier partner delivers your order, our email provider sends order updates and early-access emails, and the Meta pixel measures how our ads perform. When you join early access or place an order, a hashed version of your email is sent to Meta so we can tell which ads worked; Meta cannot read the address from the hash. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to remember your picks and keep the site working, and a Meta pixel to measure our ads.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Every early-access email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the form on the home page can put you back on the list later.

Retention and security

Early-access emails are kept until the drop they were collected for has closed, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Access is limited to the people who need it to run orders.
