Replacements, cancellations and refunds at NeoBro, and why socks are not returned.
Returns and exchanges
Socks are a hygiene product, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once a pack has been delivered. This is the same rule most sock and innerwear brands follow. If something is wrong with your pack, the next section covers you.
If something is wrong
If your pack arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 72 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement. If we cannot replace it, we refund you.
Cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us your order ID.
How refunds reach you
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
