Who we are
This website is operated by HardieTech, which owns and runs the NeoBro brand. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
We describe every design as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and knitted designs can vary a little between packs.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. You can pay by UPI, cards, netbanking or cash on delivery. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will contact you first if that happens.
Orders
An order is confirmed once it is placed and, for prepaid orders, once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund if we cannot fulfil it, and we will tell you why.
Returns, replacements and refunds
These are set out in the Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The NeoBro name, wordmark, sock designs, images and site copy belong to HardieTech. Please do not copy, resell or reproduce them without written permission.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Grievances
Our grievance officer is Chirag Gupta, Proprietor, HardieTech, reachable at info@neobro.in. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
Disclaimer
Everything on this site is provided in good faith and as is. Colours can look different between screens and between packs, and we may change designs, prices or availability without notice. Links to other sites, including Instagram, are there for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
